Most new patient and almost all established patient visits can be done with Dr. Dhir from the comfort of your own home. Given the concerns with Covid-19, we are doing everything to protect you from entering an environment
that could get you sick.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my insurance cover the visit?
Yes, in almost all cases, insurance will now cover TeleHealth visits given the Covid-19 National Emergency. This includes commercial insurance and federal programs like medicare and USFHP.
Are there certain visits that cannot be seen on the TeleMedicine platform?
There are certain instances where a visit cannot be done for a particular condition. If you are concerned, you can talk to one of our nurses who can appropriately answer this question on a case by case basis.
I’m a new patient and have test results that I want Dr. Dhir to see during my visit?
If you have an imaging test or lab result that Dr. Dhir will need during consultation, please speak with our nursing staff prior to your scheduled visit time. They will arrange to have these tests available for Dr. Dhir
to interpret during your TeleVisit.
